Returning faulty Otterbox Case to USA does not make any sense

Many customers who bought Otterbox case from retail stores in Australia found that they are unable to return or obtain a warranty from the store.These stores advised their customers to speak directly to Otterbox Head Office in USA.

This does not make any sense!. You may have been paying a lot for this premium case. This bad service is damaging Otterbox great quality reputation. I have a great experience with Otterbox case and they are really good compared to any other cases.

These stores should have been giving their customers a better service. They should take responsibility to help their customers wholeheartedly.

We want you to be happy with what you bought from www.toughcasestore.com.au . If you are not happy, or the product does not perform to the standard we claim, just request the warranty from us not to USA and if we have the product in stock, will send you a new one at no time. But please don't throw away the original packaging. You will need to send us the case, the packaging and its accessories that came with it when claiming the warranty.
